01 | Scope of data protection declaration

This data protection declaration applies to www.dylanpenev.ch. The Swiss data protection law (DSG) applies.

02 | Security and protection of personal data

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the federal government (Data Protection Act, DSG), everyone has the right to the protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. Dylan Penev complies with these regulations. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.

In close cooperation with our hosting providers, Dylan Penev tries to protect the databases as well as possible from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

03 | Access data / server log files

When you access the www.dylanpenev.ch website, the following data is stored in log files :

  • Browser type and browser version

  • operating system used

  • Referrer URL

  • Host name of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address

 

This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. Dylan Penev uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer.
However, Dylan Penev reserves the right
to check this data retrospectively if concrete indications of illegal use become known.

04 | SSL encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to Dylan Penev as the website operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http: //" to "https: //" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to Dylan Penev cannot be read by third parties.

05 | Personal data

This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) can access the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, you would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user.

11 | Google services

YouTube

This website uses plugins from YouTube, operated by Google. The operator of the website is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If the user visits pages equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which page of the offer you have visited. Script libraries and font libraries such as Google Fonts are used so that the content of the website can be displayed correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers. Google Analytics
