Why should you create a new website? Was the old one no longer up-to-date? Did it have an outdated design? Or was it more of a one-off project and not an ongoing process?
Re-present yourself online
For me the reasons were varied. However, I wanted to create a website that worked fine on mobile devices, was modular, SEO compliant, and had a modern design. In short: The website should correspond to my ideas.
Massive PDFs
At the beginning of 2020, I was looking for a new job. My application documents included my letter of motivation, my cv, my competence profile, my certificates, and my portfolios for film/video, photography, and graphic design. The portfolios PDFs were often so large that they could hardly be uploaded to application portals despite being compressed.

I want to give filmmakers and photographers the opportunity to look at my equipment such as cameras, lenses, lights, tripods, audio, etc., and rent them if interested.

In my blog I want to write about new, exciting topics for every finished project. I want to show the challenges, how I overcame them and what new insights I gained. The readers will benefit from knowledge transfer, entertainment as well as tips and tricks.
Downloads
Depending on the projects, I will make a wide variety of media available for download in the future: Videos, vector graphics, photos, images, original recordings, project files, etc.

An about me area doesn't have to be boring: There are sections such as a funny cv, computer skills, and competencies displayed visually with icons as well as references from customers, current and former employers.
